As we continue to welcome patients back into practice, we have taken steps to make sure we can do this as safely as possible. To do this we have:

Extended our opening hours - this also allows for extra time needed to clean between appointments, ensuring that the environment remains as safe as possible for you, our practice colleagues and clinicians.
Introduced virtual consultations being held by our clinicians to help us to address your needs sooner, make it more convenient for you, as well as reduce the number of face to face appointments where possible.
Introduced a new patient journey.
Added air purifiers to all treatment rooms carrying out Aerosol Generating Procedures (AGPs).

We continue to stay close to regional and national regulations & restrictions, sharing all relevant updates as and when they are announced.
